Track Your Order

Where is my order?

We ship all orders with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Option 1 — Check your shipping email

Once your order is dispatched, we send a Shipping Confirmation email to the address you used at checkout. That email contains a Track Your Order button — tap it to see the latest status directly on the carrier's site.

Option 2 — Log in to your account

If you created an account with us, you can view live tracking for all your orders:

  1. Go to My Account and sign in.
  2. Click on your order number.
  3. Click the tracking number or Track Shipment link.

Option 3 — Use your order number

If you checked out as a guest, you can still view your order status:

  1. Open the Order Confirmation email you received after placing your order.
  2. Click the View your order link in that email.
  3. You may be asked to verify your email address or phone number — this keeps your order details secure.
  4. Once verified, you'll see the current tracking status for your shipment.

Your order number starts with # and can be found in the subject line of your Order Confirmation email (e.g., #1001).

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email within 2 business days of placing your order, or if your tracking link isn't showing updates, we're here to help.

Please have your order number ready — it helps us find your shipment faster.
