SabkaStore is operated by Yash A. Kacha, based in Rajkot, Gujarat, India. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the website.

2. Products & Pricing

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual colour or design may slightly vary.
  • In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.
  • Accepted payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, and Net Banking.
  • For COD orders, payment must be made in full to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.
  • We are not liable for payment failures caused by your bank or payment provider.

5. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. By placing an order, you accept all terms including the unboxing video requirement for damaged goods.

  • Reproducing or distributing any content from this website without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

SabkaStore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Rajkot, Gujarat.
