Return Request Window
⏱️ 48-Hour Rule: You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order to be eligible for a return or refund. Requests submitted after this window may not be accepted.
This tight window exists so we can quickly verify and resolve product issues on your behalf. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

What Qualifies for a Return or Refund
✅ Accepted Reasons
→Damaged or Defective Item: Product arrived broken, faulty, or not functioning as described.
→Missing Items: One or more items from your order were not in the package.
→Wrong Item Received: You received a completely different product than what you ordered.
❌ Not Accepted
→Products that have been used, opened (unless defective), or damaged after delivery.
→Products marked as non-returnable in their listing.
→Electronic products — no return or refund can be processed for electronics once delivered.
→Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories.
→Change-of-mind or size/color preference changes.

Unboxing Video — Mandatory Proof
📦 Required for ALL claims: A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video must be recorded at the time of opening the package and submitted within 48 hours of delivery. No claim for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items can be processed without this video.
The video must clearly show:
→The sealed package from the outside (before opening).
→The unboxing process without any cuts or edits.
→The item(s) and their condition as received.
→All contents of the package clearly visible.
💡 Tip: Start recording before you cut the tape — this is the most common reason claims get rejected.

Refund Process
Once your claim is submitted with the required video and documentation, here's what happens:
→Review: Our team reviews your claim and unboxing video.
→Decision: We notify you of approval or rejection.
→Refund issued: If approved, refund is processed to your original payment method within 7 days of approval.
Refund by Scenario
Damaged / Defective
Full or partial refund based on assessment of the unboxing video evidence.
Missing Items
Refund issued for the missing item(s) after investigation is complete.
Wrong Item
Full refund or replacement, whichever is communicated during confirmation.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Return Shipping
→Defective / Wrong item: We will arrange and bear the return pickup cost.
→All other eligible returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable courier service.
🚫 Parcel Rejection / Refusal: If you refuse delivery of a dispatched parcel, a deduction of 2× the original shipping charge (forward + reverse shipping) will be applied before any refund is issued.

Non-Returnable Categories
The following are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances:
→All electronic products (no exceptions).
→Products listed as non-returnable on their product page.
→Items that have been used, damaged, or tampered with after delivery.
→Perishable goods, consumables, or personal hygiene items once opened.
How to Raise a Claim
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order Number, reason for return, and your unboxing video. Our team responds within 1–2 business days.
Subject: "Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]" or "Damaged Item – Order #[Your Order Number]"
