Shipping Policy

This shipping policy applies to India orders only. We are committed to getting your order to you as fast as possible.

Processing Time
→100% of orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 business days of order placement.
→Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday/Sunday) are dispatched on Monday.
→Orders placed on Bank Holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

⚠️ Remote Pincodes: For certain pincodes, the courier company may require up to 15 business days for delivery. This is based on courier partner serviceability and is beyond our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be updated directly in your order information. You can log in to your account to check the status.

Delivery Charges
Shipping charges vary depending on your delivery location and the product ordered.

Upon Receipt of Your Order
📦 Inspect Before Signing: Please carefully inspect the package and its contents before signing for delivery to ensure everything is intact and complete.
→If the parcel appears damaged or incomplete — refuse delivery or sign as "Damaged" and contact us on the same day.
→Do not open a damaged package without recording a video — this will be required for any claim.

Failed Delivery & Parcel Refusal
If a package cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer, it will be returned to us at the customer's expense. This includes:
→Wrong or incomplete shipping address provided at the time of order.
→Receiver not available to accept delivery despite multiple attempts.
→Customer refusing to collect the package.
🚫 Refusal / RTO Deduction: If you refuse delivery of a dispatched parcel, 2× the original shipping charge (forward + reverse shipping costs) will be deducted from your refund amount.

The courier partner assigned to your order may vary depending on serviceability at your pincode. We always assign the best available partner for your location.

Shipping Delays & Transit Issues
We are committed to delivering your orders on time. However, certain factors beyond our control may cause delays, including:
→Adverse weather conditions or natural events.
→High volume periods (festive seasons, sales events).
→Courier operational issues or strikes.
→Remote or difficult-to-access delivery locations.
⏳ Transit Delays: In the event of a delay, it may take up to 45 days for the courier to resolve the issue and complete delivery. Once a package leaves our facility, transit management is the courier company's responsibility.
We are not liable for delays caused by the courier after dispatch. We kindly ask for your patience and encourage you to monitor your tracking link for real-time updates.

Bank Holidays
We do not process dispatches or deliveries on Bank Holidays. If your expected delivery falls on a Bank Holiday, your parcel will be delivered on the next working day.
